My group is about 5 inches down from my targets bullseye, i adjusted it up until i couldnt adjust up no more, now my group is about 4 inches from the bullseye

no i don't mean zoom, i mean levitation of scope crosshair. you put it in original position and then start shooting and adjusting it till you get deal result

well, not sure how you call it in english, but that scope in the picture has two wheels, top one is for left to right adjustment and on the side from top to bottom.
