dust kicking up and the sound bullets make as it hits around you on the different surfaces seem to be more realistic too on the comp

it looks and plays so much better on computer...the maps are waaay biggerr because areas are expanded for 64 players instead of the limit of 16 on the consoles

no..the problem was on my end...i thought i had to download the dlc map packs..but it somehow downloaded all of them when i thought i was just downloading one of the maps packs...i had BF3 on xbox...the xbox version looks like a nintendo game compared to
