Dead + injured in attack on death watch

Two unknown perpetrators in Oakland ( California, U.S. Treasury ) opened fire on a group of mourners and murdered a woman. Five young people aged 14-19 years were injured. The attackers made their dozens of shots at about 30 people who had gathered to commemorate a 17 -year-old murder victim to a vigil. A 18- year-old was arrested on suspicion of murder.

Cannot believe it.

Its Oakland. Its a cesspool. And thats saying something coming from Philadelphia.
The lack of respect for any kind of civilzed behavior in some communities of our country is loosing the ability to shock me anymore.
Its sad, but is only going to get worse.
