Large convoy of gunmen caught on camera, they try to kidnap businessman

The businessman wasn't there, but they still fired at the house, one little girl died. This took place in a town called Creel, in the mountains in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico.
These are gunmen of the Juarez Cartel.The camera is operated remotely by the state police command, which is in the capital city, 3 hour drive. And for some reason, maybe because of fear, the local police didn't show up. There's no army base close to that area.
