California's policies ain't working. Mortgage meldown central (from all the IDIOTS that move there to buy their "dream home" on an income that can't even realistically pay for shit made, pre-fab house that will get razed by the next disaster), illegal labor problems, lack of savings and natural disaster after natural disaster is contributing to a broke state.
It's no surprise they're making budget cuts and charging people a pretty penny to get ahead
