‘Deploy or leave’: new step to end stop-loss

Some Regular Army enlisted soldiers soon will be told to either deploy or leave service as the Army phases out the controversial and unpopular stop-loss program.

Seems fair to me. Stop loss always sounded a desperate step to me.

Now that the services are meeting their quota's and dont need the stop gap measure too keep numbers up.
