Did you ever wonder why Russia signed the Kyoto agreement? Here is the answer. They would have to get back to soviet union level of production in order fo the agreement to affect them. Since thier economy died after the fall they will never again reach that level of production. So it really did not affect them. Yes Shatto you are right Americans live a richer life than most because of the fact that for the longest time we had the most production the world had ever seen. Now we send all of the most work overseas because it is cheaper.
