Anybody seen this system in action?http://www.apacheclips.com/boards/vbtube/images/play_thread.png (http://www.apacheclips.com/boards/media/6320-Rafaels-Spotlite-AntiSniper-System)

We didn't have them on our trucks, but the Strykers and patrols who stuck around Baghdad, up to Balad and west to Falujah had them up and said they worked. They had all the nice MRAPs, and strykers with that kind of equipment. We just had one MAXXPRO per convoy and M1151 humvhees, even though we put on way more miles than most of those guys. Sure wish we would have had that nice equipment though.

It was classified at the time but we had something like it Northern Ireland. It was far more basic of course, but narrowed things down to be of help. It certainly helped nobble a couple of snipers from the Rossville Flats in Derry.
