This vid is pretty comical till the guy dies! He opens the door and starts talking mad shit the cops are like thanks buddy, after the last one walks out he kicks dude in the ass and is still talking shit, then they all stand around like its a normal day. US cops would have all been in a dogpile trying to stomp the dude. I mean shit they didn't even handcuff him after they shot him WTF!

I was thinking something along the same chapa,in the u.s. two scenarios,he is either alive and handcuffed at the top of the stairs or dead and cuffed maybe two stairs from the top.He would of never made it to the point of stabbing the cop in the arm
