The thing that sucks about the whole situation is that due to the corruption in their country destroying their economy, the people who turn to piracy think it is their only option to feed themselves and their family. They are wrong, but don't realize it.

All in all, if you try to steal by force, force will be pressed upon you. The consequences and repercussions are final and mostly lethal. Especially if you roll up on a vessel you didn't recognize was a warship.
