Police officers in Blaine, Minnesota are responding to a suicide jumper on 35w when one officer responding with NO sirens on runs a red light at 90mph at blasts a citizens vehicle straight in the drivers door.

In the second part of the video, we see footage from a second vehicle asking if assistance is required, before continuing to where there are reports of a suicide jumper on a bridge.

As the officer pulls up to the bridge, we see the jumper leap from the bridge, falling head first to the roadway.

Hit so hard it opened his airbag. If you watch the interview of the other guy Jeb Corelus or something like that, he said when that guy hit the rail Jeb was sprayed with blood and had to dodge body part flying through the air. He bent that fucken rail, I fell asleep at the wheel of my F350, hit a curb, then a handrail just like that and barely bent it (broke my front wheel off). Dwain bent that fucker with his body!!
