Could be snoring there is blood coming from the ear There are air passages in the ear to the mouth blood is probally in his airway

It's called sonorous breathing. It's purely reflex. Much like agonal breathing it's what's left of the brain telling the body to keep going. The sound comes from relaxed muscles in the throat, as well as blood in the airway.

Will the left brain make his heart beat sporadically like that too? I notice intermittent bleeding.

At the point this guy is in his heart is probably in fibrillation. And yes, the heart can spasm because his central nervous system has been damaged and is throwing out electrical signals that are going nowhere fast.
And the left brain doesn't have anything to do with heartbeats. That's controlled mainly by the primitive inner portion called the brain stem. And looking at the wound on this guy, I don't think he has that part of his brain anymore.

when a person is dying and not just obliterated they will have breathing, heat responses , just as you have when you pass out you do not die your automated kicks in and will make you breath again....he has what in the medical field as a "Death Rattle" and will soon be dead ..read up on the Death Rattle.
