i'm sure the cannon is electricly fired ,the second tractor is in gear and the pair of them are chained to the bmp,the ignition and elec systems must be powered up to fire ,i'm thinking they were trying to bump start the thing and someone saw a button or trigger that had to be pulled,just to temping not to.
