Nice,their deader than shit. If I were in that situation,the second that tank rolled up I'd be fucking gone!!! These rebel's apparently never heard of shoot and move

Those are stationary cameras they're using, like web cams or something similar. They're monitoring outside situation this way, so most likely no one was around.

Yes, those cameras are stationary but something caused that tank to haul ass up there and draw down immediately right on the camera position. My guess is that just before this some RPG or other fire came from near here but they split. Nobody is around for sure, its just too quiet in the background. PLUS NO SNACKBARS.
