How is the A10 so much more accurate at such higher speeds? Are they fitted with a more advanced weapons system?

Junction, The A-10 has a firing rate of around 3000rounds per minutes compared to the 625rpm that the Apache sees. While maybe not seemingly accurate the tads system doesn't miss period no where to hide.

Cobra 12 is the call sign, both of the helos in the video are AH-64's.
The only other air craft is an AC-130 call sign Slasher, you can see the 40mm engaging the dudes that were hiding near the QRF.

the A-10 is more accurate, this is because the GAU-8 fires in a fixed state off the nose of the aircraft. meaning the whole aircraft is pointing at the target when it fires, that and the high ROF give it great accuracy.
In addition to this the A-10 uses 30mm X 173mm ammo vs the AH-64s 30mm X 113mm. The A-10 rounds fire faster and flatter = more accurate.
The AH-64s M230 can move independently of the air craft. The beginning of the video shows this. The gunner is engaging a point target at a range of 1500m off axis. Considering this the gun is very accurate. Either way the M230 cannon was designed as an "area suppression weapon" it was never built to be pin point accurate
