I wonder if the cargo shifted to the front of the hold causing the plane to nose forward and the pilot couldn't compensate because of the slow speed?

The crew was doing a LAPES run, Low Altitude Parachutes Extraction System , the cause of the crash was that a vehicle broke its mounts and rolled forward causing the nose to be lower than normal.

Load shift is killer, same thing just happened in.... Afghanistan I think it was, only it was on take off. Load shifted to the back and caused the plane to more or less stall and fall out of the sky.

GUTRO IS RIGHT IT WAS A 747 CARGO PLANE AND IT WAS A HUGE FIREBALL
