The blade of my new and little used knife is.... what, trashed.
The sharpener in the picture is what I bought because I'd heard that it was so simple and effective it could be used to keep even ceramic blades sharp.
I swiped the knife no more than half a dozen times.
As you can see, the results aren't what should be expected.
So, what is the solution to the problem?
