for some reason shotgun ammo is plentiful The reason being alot of people who reload there own shells are shotgun shooters

Lots of people preparing for Armageddon forget how useful a shotgun is at turning whatever its pointed at into ground beef. IMO the shotgun is a often overlooked devastating, easy to shoot, extremely forgiving, and user friendly tool everybody should have in there bag of tricks. Plus shell are easy to manufacture and are probably sold in a much larger quantity than any center fire cartridge, everybody has a dove season.
