It takes far too long before they have permission from headquarters. You should not dawdle, you must destroy them right, before they can even come. Anywhere near Too much chatter on the radio and not enough shooting.

Blimey Piepje, bit gung ho aren't you? The absolutely have to make sure they're hitting the bad guys. Quite often you can hear that friendlies are close. Look up blue-on-blue.
