Pretty good sized mortar. almost seems like maybe artillary, but then again there would probly be more structure damage.

I am going to go with Tank round or recoil less rocket. They seem to have plenty of both over there. PLUS, unless you have pretty good targeting data (and i'm thinking they don't) mortars are not usually first impact dead on target kinds of weapons. These guys didn't look like they were bracketed. Observed yes, bracketed no.
