This dudes is what enraged the insurgency,,,,we paid for it in 2006. zero ROE....the whole thing sucked...god help us

Incidents like this made the insurgents mad at us, but the insurgents killed muslims, and non combatants in svbied's, and vbied's, and ied's, and shootings all the time. None of that ever helped our troops or hurt the insurgents cause. If we though accidentally killed non combatants the insurgency used it to their advantage of course. This bus though drove without slowing down towards a military base or out post with plenty of warning signs and probably shots, so if they still kept driving towards the base then our troops had no other option but to shoot at what was behaving as a threat like a svbied or insurgents rushing a base in a bus. Those men did what they had to do in a cluster fuck of a war that OIF was, and I put no blame or shame on their actions in this clip. :USA: #Salute :USA:

Well they certainly couldn't have been innocents with all those rounds cooking of in the flaming bus. These guys did right by opening up on them.

This is the difference between humanity and brutality. The US forces wound and or kill the insurgents, and after the fight then work on saving the lives of the wounded. For what reason that's another story. However ISIS would have killed anyone wounded, as they are the centre of the religion of peace.

We treat the enemy in the field for political reasons and it is invaluable real world experience for the medics.
