I exactly know where your coming from but you ever been man handled like the those cops handled this guy. I did and i got arrested for disorderly because i was drunk and a car load of women come by and all me and friend did was yell Come Back and they seen what happen, all of sudden i got 2 dicks like these pricks up my ass, slaming not telling me to turn around SLAMING ME OFF THE HOOD OF THE CRUSIER. After i was in cuffs i told them having a bad not go home or quit. I had friends down the station and they did not like these 2 either and they had to work with the pricks. To get back to the story
If they did not like it then hey arrest him but, Do it professionally don't be an arrogant prick about it. Sure arrest him but be professional don't be a douche and handle the guy a like a angel dust meth out douchebag. That is what got to me there oh great one.

He's annoying bastard for pranking people he doesn't know, but those cops screwed up they had no right to chase down and rough him up unless they said you're under arrest first and then if he ran they would be justified in chasing him down for resisting arrest but all they said was I'm going to ruin your day meaning erase his tape so when he ran to save his tape that was not resisting arrest so they had no legal right to rough him up and arrest him.
