That's actually SAA getting hit by a couple of IEDs. You can tell it's SAA because of the tank up ahead of them and the armored vehicle leading the convoy.

definately not an airstrike, no sonic boom, no sound of incoming round, I would say IED followed by ambushing small arms fire. The lack of engne noise points to a ground based attack
