Well, I've seen in other site that it wasn't because of poor cleaning, because there was no explosion and the other guy wasn't fragged. The RPG guy apparently was seeing something in sight, but it didn't mean the way between the projectile and the target is unobtrused

so i dont really know how a RPG launcher works but im guessing he did'int clean it enough, A faulty rocket, or just plan unlucky. it could be that the rocket fucked up and the back blast instead of going threw the back, broke the launcher creating a creator in his chest and having enough force from what i see broke his neck
