I live about three miles from where this was allegedly filmed (Whitechapel). I'm sure it is kids mucking around. You can tell by the accents/language used that they're about 16 and out to put the shits up people.
Believe you me, this area is packed most of the time. The clips are from 3 or 4 in the morning. They would not last 10 seconds any other time of the day.
