I don't think he's going to die. The bleeding has nearly stopped and he has an airway. He might get an infection that kills him or he might live the rest of his life like that.

I dont know about this sorta topic but how could he live like that? How would that heal? Even if he survived blood loss and infection. Without some surgery what would happen?

No way the guy can eat like that. You could get water in him, but not food. If he doesn't have some major reconstructive surgery and be on life supporting measures at a hospital, he will either die of a blood infection, swelling or eventually, starve to death. I vote for infection.

Hard to believe, but that can actually be fixed.
Unfortunately for this guy is that the only place you can get it fixed is in a WESTERN hospital.
