Looks like a law enforcement flash bang with CS gas. Based on the upright players walking away it wasn't a frag. Good thing it didn't go off in his hand though.

AlphaDawg, when I first watch this video I thought the same thing, flash bang. If it was a grenade everyone over there would have been dead or rolling around wishing they were dead.
