The cabby thought he could take advantage of him due to being slightly intoxicated.
I can see what set the guy off.


I've had cabbies pull that shit on me in the past. Taking longer routes..using bullshit excuses(listen when the guy enters the cab)
Trying to pick up other people without asking etc....then trying to pull fare trickery.
