Somebody correct me if I a wrong but isn't suturing the wounds a little low on the priority list considering that big ass chunk of metal sticking out of her noggin'? So surprised she is conscious. Can't imagine whe would survive for long even in the US after this type of wound.

Kevwyo your not wrong, I can't understand the logic of dicking around sucturing while that big mother chuck of metal is protruding out of her head. Surely they are not medically trained and if so wtf?? Chances of survival especiallially over there..none and buckleys.
