Bush Whacker, no a scope doesn't make a sniper, but what sloppy shooting. I would certainly hope he is not a sniper, based on that performance. Of course look at the guy holding the camera, none of them have a steady hand and if it would have been great training he would have sprayed his head all over that wall on that first shot.
