i have seen a few videos like this one from all around the globe.
from Albania to Saudi Arabia or Chechnya....
looks like they celebrate something. for me this is a complete stupid habit of these countrys or people.

It's a wedding. They celebrate by shooting in the air... Very normal in that region... Of course you can't own a PKP by law, but half of the shit they do there is illegal :)
