it's not a tank it's an APC.
from the inside it looks like a LAV-25 and you can hear the M242 Bushmaster.

the main gun yes. LAV-25 and the M2 Bradley both are equipped with the M242.

But these soldiers are US Marines. US Marines do not use Bradleys. The M2 is used by the US Army. ;)

LAV-25, rode in the back of these a few times...sounds are exactly the same. Never had the opportunity to sit inside one while it was firing the Bushmaster though. It sounds just as sweet inside as it does on the outside. Probably fun as fuck firing it!

That is an LAV-25. I was a Scout in the back of one during my first four years in the Marines. It was my home during the invasion of Iraq in '03 and again in the battles of An Najaf and Fallujah in '04. The Generation 2 LAV-25 is a Canadian made vehicle that is powered by a V6 Supercharged/Turbocharged diesel engine(same powertrain as an M113). It's armed with the Bushmaster 25mm Chain Gun(200 rounds per minutes, 100 rpm, and Single Shot capability) with an Armor Piercing and High Explosive selector switch. Also an 7.62 M240C coaxial machine gun operated by the Gunner and a 7.62 M240B/D/E pintle mounted machine gun for the Vehicle Commander. It is an 8 wheeled vehicle that has 4x8 and 8x8 wheel drive and two propellers to swim shallow rivers. Armor is 1/4inch thick and loaded vehicle weight is 14 tons. It is a Reconnaissance vehicle used primarily for Zone and Route Recon or to open the gates of the dark under world to show that the United States Marine Corps is the swift and merciless right hand of God.
