That was one hell of a shot, I think thats one of the piolts going through the roto blades

its just gun test, not even Mi-24 but some US helicopter with russian camouflage.

Yeah, totally a Russian made Mi-24 Hind, obviously no mock-ups here. Completely legit, everyone knows Russia makes their helicopters, tanks, planes, etc out of paper/cardboard and sometimes balsa-wood doused in petrol.

i think at 00.09 / 00.10 we can see a man fall down, on the left side of the MI-24, there is a hole in the smoke..

that is NOT an Mi24... looks like on trans heli: Mi-7 or Mi-8. First, Mi24 has 5 rotor blades, and not 3 like the heli in the video. Second Mi24 doesn't have a rear door. And third, Mi24 is one of the toughest birds and its heavily armored. There are Mi7/8 variants equipped with rocket pods.
