The thing that really pisses me off about this is that people use this defense so readily. If someone is hiding under a fucking car they are not a threat, you can cover them and hold them there until the police get there. Not to mention sitting in your pick up is not threatening, nor does it present a threat. Much like the martin case, this one is much more clear cut by the sounds of it. It is so damn stupid when people with weapons feel they need to use them just because they have them. Not only that but this hurts having castle doctrine laws, which are good laws, when people do something stupid like this. What a joke, I hope they lock that SOB for a long time.
