Supposedly we have a special forces base in the in the southwestern region of Fezzan in Libya. (not true how true this is)

Under a $165 million contract, General Dynamics provided high tech communications for Libya's mobile elite group. (not sure how true this is)

The white guys don't particularly arouse my suspicion. Surprisingly it's pretty common for some arabs to look white and it's possible they're just foreign guys there on their own accord. Definitely not our SF guys.

The NATO weapons can also be obtained, albeit at a higher cost than your typical RP-74 or AK, and the fatigues/tac vests aren't big shockers either.

listen we know they are there, they could be US, French or "other", but they are there for sure, if only a hand full of them. Possibly 3-5 man teams. You guys know how they work better than anyone.

They (rebels) need spotters for air support but not ground action and organization (at this point) they are careful not to be seen, but if see can easily create conspiracy threads such as this one.
