Time For Free Money from the Government

Almost half the American population pay no federal income tax.
We fill out the paperwork, but I wonder if they think April 15 is when they get free money from the government.

ya I know a couple people like that. Then they tell me how much they "got back" and all the things they are going to buy with their "refund".
How is it a refund when they get back more then they pay in?
irritates the shit out of me!
I wonder why I work 50 hours a week come home and eat a bottle tums every month.
