This is my rants/ramblings thread. These posts are written while sober or under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. Enjoy.
Rambling number 1.
I don't see how growing old and dying is seen as "natural." You don't die from being old. You don't turn 105 years old and suddenly fall face first into your birthday cake. You die from complications of being old, like from organ failure, disease, or viruses. How is that natural?
My great grandfather was 96 when he died. He was in the hospital because of some heart problems but was stable. The next thing I know, the doctors and nurses give him morphine and he dies. The same thing happened to my great grandmother a year later. She was in the hospital because she fell and broke her hip. The doctors and nurses gave her morphine and she died from it too. So basically the hospital killed my great grandparents.
I do know this though. When the time comes, I'll down a bottle of pain meds, drink some whiskey, and clean my mouth out with a .45. Doctor death can go fuck himself.
